Difficult People

Let's face it, we are surrounded by difficult people — and if you're not, then maybe you're the difficult person (just a sayin'). Is there any way to make life a little easier when having to deal with difficult people? If so, where do we begin? Hmmmm. . . . This sounds like a difficult conversation indeed.
